Maxx Merchants was named the preferred merchant service provider because of our low rates, superior level of merchant support and ease of account creation. Big Frog came to Maxx in an effort to simplify the process of establishing new franchise locations. With each new location a merchant account is needed. Maxx Merchants was brought in to streamline the merchant account creation process.
Our dedicated sales and support staff are readily available to help Big Frog’s franchisees understand the details of their new merchant account. This process entails going over the process flow for how a transaction is completed. We also like to discuss interchange and the role it plays in the fees the merchant is charged. We discuss our connection with the Point of Sales (POS) system. Lastly we fully disclose all rate and fees charged for service.
Once the franchisee understands the process we complete the application and submit their package to underwriting for approval. Approval of the account is complete in 1 to 3 business days. Once approved Maxx Merchants contacts the POS vendor on behalf of the merchant and ensures their POS is configured correctly. At that point the Big Frog Franchise Point of Sale system is shipped to the franchisee ready to accept payments.
